Refund policy
Returns/Refunds ARE NOT accepted for the reason of not getting what you wanted. Customer MUST pay return shipping costs/other fees. Items MUST arrive in NEW and UNUSED condition for the order to be refunded.
- I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they will not be refunded. Please contact USPS for any concerns about tracking! If the package is returned to me, I will try to get in contact with you in order to reship it. If I am unable to get into contact with you, I will refund your order. If tracking shows as DELIVERED, I cannot help you if you did not receive your package.
- You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order. All sales are final beyond the 30 minute duration.
- If you entered the wrong address, you have until the order is FULFILLED to change the address. If the address is not corrected prior to the order being FULFILLED, I am not responsible for any package not being delivered due to incorrect/invalid address.
