Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume. We promise to pack your scoop with love, care, and a little sparkle 💫 My usual timeline is 1-10 business days from order placed to order shipped. Transit time with USPS differs-tracking will be provided for you to have a timeline of when to expect your package. If it takes me longer than 1-10 business days to fulfill your order, I will personally notify you.

• I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they will not be refunded. Please contact USPS for any concerns about tracking! If the package is returned to me, I will try to get in contact with you in order to reship it. If I am unable to get into contact with you, I will refund your order. If tracking shows as DELIVERED, I cannot help you if you did not receive your package.
• You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order. All sales are final beyond the 30 minute duration.
• If you entered the wrong address, you have until the order is FULFILLED to change the address. If the address is not corrected prior to the order being FULFILLED, I am not responsible for any package not being delivered due to incorrect/invalid address.
