Our Scratch & Dent Mystery Boxes are packed with products that are too imperfect for our regular Scoop Shop inventory—but still have plenty of life left in them! 💕📦
Each box contains a completely random assortment of products that may have cosmetic imperfections, packaging damage, scratches, dents, marks, or other minor flaws. Some items may also be products that simply weren’t the right fit for our regular Scoop Shop inventory.

Cosmetic damage does not necessarily affect functionality. However, some products may have more noticeable imperfections than others.
Because these are mystery boxes, all sales are final. No substitutions or requests for specific items can be accommodated.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume. We promise to pack your scoop with love, care, and a little sparkle 💫 My usual timeline is 1-10 business days from order placed to order shipped. Transit time with USPS differs-tracking will be provided for you to have a timeline of when to expect your package. If it takes me longer than 1-10 business days to fulfill your order, I will personally notify you.

Enchanting Mystery Scoops is not responsible for personal preferences, duplicate items, shipping delays, damage while shipped or carrier issues once your package has been shipped. Customers are responsible for pursuing missing package investigations with USPS.

- I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they will not be refunded. Please contact USPS for any concerns about tracking! If the package is returned to me, I will try to get in contact with you in order to reship it. If I am unable to get into contact with you, I will refund your order. If tracking shows as DELIVERED, I cannot help you if you did not receive your package.
- You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order. All sales are final beyond the 30 minute duration.
- If you entered the wrong address, you have until the order is FULFILLED to change the address. If the address is not corrected prior to the order being FULFILLED, I am not responsible for any package not being delivered due to incorrect/invalid address.
